Funky Menagerie
For funky animal lovers! This sweet, quick stitch was Lindy Stitches’ 2021 mystery SAL pattern which concluded April 1, at which point she released the whole thing as a print pattern. Designer Stephanie Webb created this pattern out of her love of funky animals, both real and sampler-esque. Stitch count 135 x 135. Model stitched on 32 count linen. Equestrian Crests
These two monogram crests, from Kate Dickerson Needlepoint Collections, celebrate a love of riding. New Eyelash Colors
Treenway Silks has added 4 new green Silk Eyelash colors. And, based upon customer demand, new pink “Bunny Ears” is now a perpetual color in 18-color Silk Eyelash line. You’ll find two new coordinating Christmas greens: “Holly” (second from left) and “Ivy” (third from left). #313 Midori has been so popular (far right) that Treenway Silks added a new medium yellow-green “Spring Moss” (second from right) and a new darker yellow-green #317 “Green Tourmaline”. The 10 yard skein looks thick and furry, but once you unwind it, you have delicate silk “lashes” on a strong polymide binder. Silk eyelash can be stitched on canvas, using a long stitch with just a bit of fill-in, if you have areas that look thin. Then run the back of your needle over it to fluff it up. Easy and cute!
