Reflections on a Grecian Urn
The Ink Circles Reflections tour makes another stop – this time in Greece. The initial intention to include a few motifs from ancient Grecian pottery got out of hand, and this entire mandala became a kaleidoscopic swirl of decorations like those carved and painted onto the clay by artisans long ago. This piece is stitched in a single color of The Gentle Art threads on a richly colored hand-dyed linen, 32ct cyprium from Picture This Plus.
