We are making great progress on our new ONLINE CATALOG. We still need to get more product photos added, but it takes time to add 6500 product photos, so please be patient with us. A few links are missing and we are working on that also.
Stores, you now have another great way to place orders with Yarn Tree as the shopping cart feature of the Online Catalog is up and running. You will need to create an online account (go to the Store Log In) even if you order from us frequently by phone or fax, but it is quick and easy to do. Then you can order from us using the shopping cart feature whenever you wish.
Once you are logged in, you can add items to your cart. These items will stay in your cart when you log off; then they will be there the next time you log in. Of course, you may adjust quantities, or add and subtract items before you place your order. You will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order and when it has been shipped (we ship in 24 hours or less). We will email or call you before we ship if we have any questions about your order. Payment terms will be the same as we have set up for your previous orders. Individuals may please contact one of the needlework stores on our Where to Buy section.
The "Search" feature of the Online Catalog is easy to use, too. (It is on the upper right side of the page). If you know which item number you wish to find or order, simply type it in, hit return, and it will come up on your screen. It will also search by words in the title or description. This is a separate "Search" from the one on our home page; there is not a search between the Product Catalog and the Online Catalog at this time (perhaps in the future).
Please take a look at all the many new items we have been adding for you! Under the New Products section of the Online Catalog, books and products are shown together. Hint: if you sort by "price low to high", books will tend to be shown towards the beginning of the list.
