Die-cut Cards

Some of our most ordered products are our "Needlework Cards."  These are tri-fold cards with a die-cut shape in the center panel.  This allows you to mount your project in the center panel and have the back side of the project covered, as well as allowing a space for a message.

Nice quality, heavy card stock makes a great looking finished product when you mount your project.  We call these "Needlework Cards," but many types of items can be used: cross stitch, embroidery, photographs, art work, machine embroidery, dried flowers, stamping, etc.  Use your imagination!  The cards are undecorated, so you can add additional decoration around the die-cut opening if you desire. Create a unique gift item quickly and easily!

Q-Snaps

Q-Snaps are a very popular and unique method of holding your fabric while cross stitching. Fabric tension is easy to adjust.  No more hoop marks!

We did just receive a call from Q-Snap that there is an assembly problem with only the 6x6 Q-Snap due to a recent (Nov '06) manufacturing problem. If you have just purchased your 6x6 Q-Snap and are having problems putting it together, you may return it to the store where you purchased it and they will be able to replace your 6x6 in about a month. Stores are to contact Q-Snap about returning only the 6x6's for replacement if needed. 

Q-Snap is an excellent, good selling product and they are an excellent company with which to work. You may be assured that they will correct this problem to your satisfaction.

Update 3/22/07:  We have received our new shipment of the 6x6 Q-Snaps which have the manufacturing problem corrected, so all orders will go out with the new improved 6x6.  Beth

Stop fraying edges

FRAY STOP:  A non-toxic, non-flammable, and odorless liquid that you apply to the cut edges of your cross stitch fabric to prevent fraying. Dries soft, clear, and pliable.

We created this product because the other liquids on the market smelled like airplane glue. They do dry fast, but I don't like the smell. Then we tried the flammability test. We poured some of the "other" brands on a sheet of metal by our work sink and lit them. Poof!! They even flamed with running water on them as we sent them down the drain. They are scary!

Our Fray Stop is a water-based product that is completely non-flammable and non-toxic. It may wash out depending how heavy you apply it, so I suggest to refrain from washing until after you have finished stitching your project. It may take an hour or so to dry, again depending upon how heavy it is applied. Try it! You'll like using Fray Stop.
