This is an adaptation of an 1876 Centennial motto. The copyright date of the original design was February 22, 1876. Many Centennial mottoes featured a flag, a sentiment, and usually included the dates 1776 - 1876. This design is worked on 9" x 12" blue starlight perforated paper from Wichelt Imports.
